Shelf Life:
The bonbons will have a soft, buttery interior if kept at room temperature, or 64-74F. Unless otherwise noted, enjoy within 4 weeks.
Or for a firmer bite, try them Etrusca-style, straight out of the fridge. In an airtight container, they’ll stay fresh longer, for over 6 weeks, but good luck keeping them for that long!
