What is a filled bonbon?
Bonbons are a complex intersection of texture and flavor, compacted into a single or two-bite experience. The shell is comprised of our tempered 75% dark chocolate, which snaps and gives way to a rich, soft interior. Inside the delicate chocolate casing is an emulsion of healthy fats and nut butters with freshly ground spices. Some fillings have a crunchy layer, made from roasted and toasted nutrient-dense, whole foods.

Shelf Life:
The bonbons will have a soft, buttery interior if kept at room temperature, or 64-74F. Unless otherwise noted, enjoy within 4 weeks.
Or for a firmer bite, try them Etrusca-style, straight out of the fridge. In an airtight container, they’ll stay fresh for over 6 weeks here, but good luck keeping them for that long!

Dark Sea Salt Meltaway
We turn our Classic 75% bar into a mouthwatering cashew cream ganache, with just a pinch of flaky salt at the base.
Strawberry Ganache Truffle
Chocolate strawberry ganache is hand-shaped, rolled in 75% dark chocolate, then coated in tart and sweet 100% freeze-dried strawberries.
Chocolate Blueberry Ganache
Fresh cashew cream ganache made with a rich and fruity 70% Guatemalan bar from our friends at Slow Cocoa. All this silkiness is layered under a tart and textured blueberry compote.
Orange Tahini Spice
Smooth tahini blended with ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. Buckwheat soaked in fresh orange juice dries into a crunchy candied base.
Whiskey Date Caramel
Sweet and nutty raw date caramel pair with the rich and woody notes of local corn whiskey aged in maple syrup barrels.
Pistachio Quinoa Crunch
A nod to Dubai’s lavish chocolate filling: a fragrant roasted pistachio gianduja, but with whole grains, air-popped rather than fried.
Maple S’mores
Coconut shortbread nestles into a rich dark chocolate ganache, topped with our crunchy toasted maple-sweetened marshmallows made in-house.
Sour Cherry Caramel Cookie
Tart cherry juice caramel layered over a buttery toasted almond cookie.
Peppermint Chocolate Meltaway
Creamy coconut butter blends with organic peppermint infusion to give this filling a melty, cozy peppermint patty texture.
